1. Crossing your legs cuts off circulation to parts of your butt and thighs where cellulite accumulates. If your are sitting at a desk or table where it is not necessary to cross your legs. Don’t do it! Your butt will thank you for it.
2. Drink tons of Water. Yours cells need water and when your dehydrated fat cells rise up to just beneath the top layer of your skin. So your butt and thighs look like cottage cheese. Need I say more. Drink Tons of Water!
3. Lift Weights. Many women just do cardio and break down lean muscle mass. Lifting weights builds up muscle and decreases cellulite. If you need help getting started call me!!!
