1. Your eating back all the calories you’ve burned
Don’t workout just so you can eat whatever you want, exercise can help you lose weight when you are using it to burn extra calories.
2. You can’t just rely on working out.
Focus on 3 things- Eat at a caloric deficit, increase your cardiovascular exercise and lift weights.
3. Your not eating as well as you think
Start keeping track of the calories you eat during the day. Also increase your protein intake and fruits and vegies. Food high in protein and fiber will fill you up.
4. Your doing the wrong exercises.
Always switch up your exercises. Include cardio and weight training together to get the most calorie burn. For exercise ideas you can always work with a trainer. I know a really good one. Hint Hint!!!
5. Your not being consistent
Don’t exercise one week and take the next week off. Make eating right and exercising part of your daily routine. That’s when you will start seeing results
6. Don’t just step on the scale.
Most people think they are not loosing weight because the scale isn’t moving. Use other factors, like how your cloths are fitting.
7. You might not have to loose weight.
If your at a healthy body fat percentage you might want to look a little leaner for an event or vacation coming up. It will be harder and you must focus on consistency always.
8. It might be a medical issue.
